The Haughty Cat rug belongs to the “Instinct” collection, showcased during Milan Design Week 2025 at the prestigious Rossana Orlandi gallery.
Designed under the curatorship of renowned trend forecaster and design visionary Lidewij Edelkoort and based on the original artworks of Japanese artist Miroco Machiko, this unique piece captures the primal essence of the animal world into textile.
Woven using 100% wool yarns, the rug brings to life Machiko’s free-spirited brushwork into a textured surface that evokes movement, character and instinct.
