This rug was created by designer Federico Varone for our Alexa rugs collection and was woven manually using 100% pure wool yarns.
“We worked with the idea of splitting up the rectangular shape of traditional rugs. In this case it consists of four smaller square modules which when intersected produce an optical effect which results in new colors. Through the decomposition and re-composition we try to provide the surface with a bit of dynamism”.
